Refund policy

Digital products All Urban Crate products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly to your email. We do not ship physical products, so there is nothing to return by post. The address asked at checkout is used only for billing. Because the product is delivered right after payment and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been sent.

Cancellation Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed, since delivery happens instantly.

When we will help We will resend your product or issue a refund in these cases:

• You were charged but did not receive the download link, and we are unable to deliver it
• You were charged twice for the same order
• The file you received is damaged or does not open, and we are unable to provide a working copy

How to request help Email askurbancrate@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your name, email used at checkout and payment details. We will review your request and reply within 48 hours.

Refund timeline Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. The time to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
