Payments Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our website.

Checkout and address details Our store uses Shopify's standard checkout, which may ask for a billing or shipping address. This address is collected only for billing, tax and payment verification purposes. We do not ship any physical product to this address.

Delivery of digital products All our products are digital. No physical product is printed, packed or shipped. After successful payment, the download link for your product is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Please make sure your email address is correct.

Licence and usage When you buy a product from Urban Crate, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, upload or publish our products, in full or in part, without our written permission.

Intellectual property All content on this website and in our products, including text, recipes, images, designs and logos, belongs to Urban Crate and is protected by applicable laws.
