Urban Crate sells digital products only. We do not ship any physical products, and nothing will be delivered to your home or office address.

Why checkout asks for an address Our store uses Shopify's standard checkout, which asks for a billing or shipping address. This is only used for billing, invoicing and payment verification. Entering an address does not mean a physical product will be shipped.

How delivery works After successful payment, the download link for your product is sent to the email address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.

Delivery time Delivery is instant in most cases. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

Shipping charges There are no shipping charges since all products are digital.

Did not receive your product? Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, email us at askurbancrate@gmail.com with your name and payment details, and we will resend the link.

Wrong email address If you entered the wrong email at checkout, contact us with your payment details and we will send the product to the correct email.
